You're after great gluten free products, and we'll only be happy when you're happy – that said, we're confident you'll love our service.  But we can only supply and advertise to you if you're at least 18.

Availability and price

We do everything we can to carry adequate stock, but to reflect the availability of products from our suppliers, we regularly add and withdraw products by updating our website.

Likewise, while we take measures to advertise our prices accurately, we may change the advertised price of products at any time by updating our website.

Paying for your order

When Three Ducks accepts your order, you must pay Three Ducks in the way described on this website.

Our prices include goods and services tax (but are exclusive of any other taxes, duties and charges which authorities might charge you in connection with the supply of goods).

Secure payment?  Taken care of

We use e-Way, a leader in secure online payment gateway services to support our checkout. When purchasing from Three Ducks your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard (or so our bank tells us!).  If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact us at info@threeducks.com.au.

To process your order we need your name, email address and credit card details.  If we need anything else, we'll let you know from time to time during the ordering process.

Once you've submitted your order and Three Ducks receives clear payment from you, we will get right onto it. 

If your product is not available, or we can't fill your order, then we'll let you know within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

If your product is available, then we will despatch your order within four business days.

We use Australia Post to get Three Ducks goodies to you Australia wide. All orders are sent using Registered Post, providing additional protection for your shopping by offering proof of posting and requiring a signature on delivery.

Three Ducks offers a tiered flat rate, up to 5kg, for Victorian deliveries of $9.50. For everywhere else in Australia, it’s $13.50.

Three Ducks ships goods wherever you are in Australia, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please email us at info@threeducks.com.au to enquire about a special order.

I’m not happy with the products I’ve ordered, can I return them?

As we said, happy customers make us happy, so please let us know if things have quacked up on their way to you. If you’re not completely satisfied, email ali@threeducks.com.au – and we’ll try and make it right.

If the product is faulty, damaged or out of date at the time of purchase we’ll happily refund the purchase price or offer you a credit on your next order. But please choose carefully, if you’ve simply changed your mind, chalk it up to experience and contact us for product advice when you visit us again – we love talking food!

Can I change my order?

All changes to orders after payment has been received need to be made by calling 0419 631 626 during normal business hours. 

We will do our best to accommodate your change, but if goods have been despatched we will be unable to meet your request without additional postage charges.

If Three Ducks sells you a product manufactured or packaged by someone else, then all of the assurances from Three Ducks about the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of those products is just as it is set out on their packaging.

Liability

If we have a liability to you for breach any representation or warranty, then you agree that all we'll be required to do is replace the relevant product or supply equivalent products, or refund all the amounts you paid us.  Also, if we have a liability to you, then it doesn't extend to liability that arises out of circumstances beyond our control.
