Paying for your shopping:
Our online store uses e-Way, an industry leader in secure online payment gateway services, to support our checkout, so you can have peace of mind we take our online security responsibilities seriously.

Shipping rates:
Three Ducks currently offers a tiered flat rate, up to 5kg:

• $9.50 for Victorian deliveries
• $13.50 for everywhere else in Australia

Three Ducks ships goods wherever you are in Australia, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please email us at info@threeducks.com.au to enquire about larger orders.

Delivery:
We use Australia Post to get Three Ducks goodies to you Australia wide. All orders are dispatched using Registered Post, which means we can track your package.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. If you have an urgent delivery request, please email us at info@threeducks.com.au and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
