Can I change my order once it has been placed?
All changes to orders after payment has been received need to be made by calling 0419 631 626. We will do our best to accommodate your change, but if goods have been dispatched we will be unable to meet your request without additional postage charges.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Shipping times are estimated at between 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. If you have an urgent delivery request, please email us at info@threeducks.com.au and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
We use Australia Post to get Three Ducks goodies to you Australia wide. All orders are dispatched using Registered Post, which means we can track your package. If you have not received your order within 3 – 7 business days of dispatch, please email orders@threeducks.com.au or phone 0419 631 626 and we will sort it out for you.
I’m not happy with the products I’ve ordered, can I return them?
Happy customers make us happy, so please let us know if you’re not satisfied – email ali@threeducks.com.au – and we’ll try and make things right again.
If the product is faulty, damaged or out of date at the time of purchase we’ll happily refund the purchase price or offer you a credit on your next order. But please choose carefully, if you’ve simply changed your mind, chalk it up to experience and contact us for product advice when you visit us again – we love talking food!
How do I know your products are gluten free?
We know how important it can be to stick to a gluten free diet. And you need to have confidence that what you’re buying meets your gluten free needs. That’s why we ask all our suppliers to confirm their products are produced in a gluten free environment, can certify their ingredients are gluten free and they adhere to the relevant Australian standards. Any goods manufactured by Three Ducks are done so in a dedicated gluten free environment, using ingredients that have been provided by our preferred gluten free suppliers. We regularly test our products for additional peace of mind.
We also encourage you to regularly check ingredient lists, but you're probably already in that habit!

Why don’t you stock...?
We love hearing about excellent gluten free products. So, if you have a favourite and we don’t currently stock it, let us know about it at info@threeducks.com.au and we’ll do some investigating and see if we can add it to our product list.
Three Ducks likes to support smaller, artisan producers, which is why you won’t necessarily find bigger brand names on our site. But if the big guys are offering a quality product, and their business ethos is similar to ours, we’ll happily stock them, too.
