Simply add eggs, melted butter, water and a cup of chopped dates and this no-fuss pudding mix will create delectable individual puddings that will be a perfect great end to any meal.
Ingredients: Sugar, chestnut flour, tapioca starch, rice flour, buttermilk powder [milk solids], date juice powder, baking powder [mineral salts (170, 450, 500), maize starchsalt, vegetable gum (415).
Don’t forget to make the butterscotch sauce recipe on the back of the pack!
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup cream
50g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
To make the sauce: combine all ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved and the butter has melted.
Contains milk products as well as chestnuts.
